Noiré operates as an independent online store powered by Shopify, with products fulfilled by our trusted production partner Printful.
All Noiré products are made-to-order, meaning each item is produced individually once your order is placed.
This ensures a sustainable, waste-free process — but also means we do not hold stock or accept returns for preference-based reasons.

2. Order Processing

Once an order is confirmed, it automatically enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.
Please verify your product selection, size, and shipping details carefully before checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details, followed by a tracking link once the item ships.

3. Shipping

Delivery times vary by region.
Estimated shipping times:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Noiré is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or external factors beyond our control.

4. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items caused during production.

All other sales are considered final due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other verified providers.
Noiré reserves the right to modify prices, offers, or product availability at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on bynoire.shop — including designs, images, graphics, and text — is the intellectual property of Noiré.
Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

Noiré shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.
Our responsibility is limited to the total amount paid for the order in question.
