By placing an order through Noiré, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms of Sale.

1. General

Noiré is an online boutique offering products designed with creative intention and produced on demand through our trusted partners.
All purchases are processed in euros (€) and are confirmed once payment is completed at checkout.

2. Processing & Shipping

Each order is individually produced after purchase.
Production time usually takes 2 to 5 business days, followed by shipping.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before checkout.
Because production starts shortly after purchase, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed.

4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

The product arrives damaged or defective, or
The wrong item was sent.

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will review your case and offer a suitable solution (replacement or partial refund, as applicable).

5. Taxes & Customs

Prices shown include applicable taxes based on EU regulations.
For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties or import fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on the Noiré website are the exclusive property of the brand and protected by copyright law.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7. Acceptance

By purchasing from Noiré, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
