At Noiré, every product is made to order with care, precision, and purpose.
Because our pieces are created individually, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with printing errors caused during production.

To request a return, please contact us at bonjournoire.store@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.


Important:

  • Returns are not accepted for changes in size, color, or personal preference.

  • All Noiré products are made-to-order, so please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the item is reviewed and approved.

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returns, unless the issue is caused by production.
