All Noiré products are made-to-order.
Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping confirmation.

We currently ship to France, Europe (EU), and International destinations.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties or taxes.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
Noiré is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at bonjournoire.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
We will assist you in resolving the issue with our shipping partner.
