  • MATERIALS & QUALITY  
    Our products are crafted using high-quality fabrics selected for comfort, durability, and a premium feel. Each piece is designed to maintain its shape and print over time.

  • PRODUCT CARE  
    We recommend washing your items inside out in cold water. Do not bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat to preserve fabric quality and print.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?  
    We currently ship to France, Europe, and selected international destinations including the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?  
    France: 2–4 business days  
    Europe: 5–7 business days  
    United States, Canada & UK: 5–10 business days  
    Processing time is 2–5 business days before shipping.

  • ARE NOIRÉ PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLE?  
    We work with on-demand production and responsible manufacturing partners to reduce overproduction and minimize waste.

  • WHAT IF I’M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?  
    At Noiré, all products are made to order. Because each piece is produced individually, we only accept returns for items that arrive defective, damaged, or with printing errors caused during production.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.  
You will be asked to provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once your claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be issued at no additional cost.

Returns are not accepted for changes in size, color, or personal preference. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order.

  • WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG SIZE OR ITEM?  
    If you receive the wrong item or a printing error caused during production, please contact us as soon as possible and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund once the case is approved.
